A huge (119 slides) presentation on the "Net Generation" and technology environment for libraries.
I particularly liked the conclusions on page 105

* Patrons are quickly becoming accustomed to living in a web browser
* Patrons want to put their library information in the mix in a web browser, but for the most part, they can’t
* Patrons are routing around libraries anyway
* Your library really, really, really needs to have an OPAC, and other services, that allow for web services
