XTech 2005 conference coverage using Planet aggregator

The XTech 2005 conference in Amsterdam has aggregated RSS feeds of conference reports and photos:

I would guess they may be using the Planet software, but of course there are other ways one could do this (just because it says "Planet" doesn't necessarily mean that particular software is being used).  Here's an article by IBM about putting together a similar system using other software:
