Queen's University Library strategic planning process online

Queen's University Library is in the midst of its 2006-2008 strategic planning.

Lots of useful information for your planning and environmental scanning processes to be found in their trends and background pages.

They also just launched last month a planning blog called Warp 10... Engage.

(Side geeky note: warp 10 is the engineering limitation of the Star Trek: Next Generation and beyond ships, they can get to 9.999... but warp 10 is their "infinity"... which can be exceeded only through transwarp.  Wikipedia: Warp Drive - Star Trek.)
