Government of Canada launches official wiki for federal employees

The Government of Canada has launched an official wiki for its employees.
You probably won't be able to access it if you're outside the gc.ca domain.
They are inviting people to participate as wiki "gnomes".

Looks like it's crashed at the moment. Must be the Akerman bump.

Well, it's worth noting that if you're outside the IP ranges that it recognizes as Government of Canada, it won't return an error, it will just fail to load.
