I got an email asking about SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) training.
The training my organization got was from a company now called SOA Systems.
You can find them at www.soatraining.com
Here are my thoughts:
After reading Thomas Erl's book Service-Oriented Architecture : A Field Guide to Integrating XML and Web Services, I knew he would be a good choice for SOA training.
His approach was very structured and comprehensive, building the foundations needed.
His experience in this new field was very helpful: he clearly presented the challenges, the current adoption and maturity of the various standards, and gave an approach for planning the use of SOA in the enterprise.
You can see in my SOA category that I have identified a few other sources of information and training.
I also searched around, but most of the other offerings are one or two day sessions, I would guess that they just introduce the topic and give an overview. See my delicious bookmarks tagged Service-Oriented_Architecture+training for more.
