If you're not familiar with RSS aggregators, this will give you a little taste of reading combined headlines in one place. Of course be aware of the bane of conference blogging: sometimes the aggregators are slow and inconsistent in the updates they pull from different sites.
I have asked BlogDigger to make more sophisticated, search- and filter-based groups, that way one could pick out specific postings rather than just adding entire blogs.
