Eventually, at conception, a website will be automatically be created:
allofme.uniquehumanID.info
It will contain useful information such as the entire timeline of your life, photos, audio and video of everything you have ever done, your implanted GPS, telephone and RFID identifiers, and of course, your entire sequenced DNA.
In the meantime, there's Dandelife
Dandelife, a "social biography network," creates a timeline of your life linked to textual posts, YouTube videos and Flickr photos.
Coiners of the term "lifecasting," the creators of Dandelife think "stories are best shared."

Microsoft also has a project called MyLifeBits, but the site seems to be down. Probably already been bought by the NSA, as part of the YourLifeWatched project (to serve you better).

Thanks for sharing Richard.
I've been a big fan of Gordon Bell's too. His notes on the subject are inspirational. He's our Godfather in that sense. I'm hoping he gets a kick out of what we did.
Good start on your Dandelife.
