I hadn't realized they had gone beyond their initial Boston site, but it is now globally available
My profile is

It would be nice if there were better features for importing publications, either by DOI or from Connotea. Right now you have to manually enter in the entire citation. Also there doesn't appear to be any way to edit a citation after it's entered; you can only delete publications. I see I've entered my authorname incorrectly (I found the instructions somewhat difficult to parse) but I'm not going back and re-creating the entire entries again.
You have to sign up first on Nature.com, some of that signup didn't make sense to me either, the options for field of interest vs. primary speciality vs. secondary speciality are different and (as far as I could tell) arbitrary. For example, I can choose Computer Science as a specialty, but not as a field of interest.
There's a little bit of information in the short note "Young scientists flock to networking sites" by Paul Smaglik - Nature 446, 825 (April 2007) | doi:10.1038/nj7137-825a
I think "flock" might be a bit generous, from what I can see on the site, "trickle" might be more accurate, but these are early days.
They're working on the citation import, I think.
In the meantime, a GreaseMonkey script can help:

The citations function on Nature Network has now been fixed and you can add publications simply by entering a doi or PubMed ID - much easier!
