Covers Government of Canada, City of Ottawa, and Province of Ontario (which is apparently using Second Life a lot).  It's a good report, over 9 minutes long.

A lot of people don't seem to quite get the idea of Enterprise 2.0 - using Web 2.0 on a closed intranet, just to make the operation of your own organisation more efficient.  I guess this is understandable, since most people use these tools to interact in their private lives with their friends.
