3G speed test in Ottawa

In general I see about 1.5Mbps to 2Mbps down in Ottawa and around 150kbps up.

iPhone 3GS on Rogers 3G network, in Ottawa.

This is the fastest download result I've seen so far, over 3Mbps down:

Download: 3216 kbps
Upload: 86 kbps
Ping: 261 ms

This is a more typical result:

Download: 1639 kbps
Upload: 147 kbps
Ping: 314 ms

If you're gathering data, I recommend testing multiple times, as the results can vary quite widely from test to test.
