Designers of websites, operating systems, and software including games should test their systems with motion sensitive users, and follow guidelines for motion sensitivity.
Many do not.
- The default Wordpress login is an intense motion sensitivity trigger at the moment as it has images moving simultaneously to the left and right in bands across the bottom of the screen
- The Intelcom Canada tracking website has busy motion on every single page from initial tracking number entry to results
There are numerous guides online. Web browsers are supposed to read the system-wide motion sensitivity preferences and inform websites accordingly. Websites should not have default motion ever, but if they do they should both listen for a web browser motion sensitivity command and have a prominent pause button.
Here's literally just the first result that came up in DuckDuckGo search.
